We gladly accept returns up to 15 days from the date you received your order if you find it is not as described or is of low quality. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree to a partial refund. Any refund will be via store credit only. Just follow these easy steps for a quick and easy refund.
Returns that don't meet the following criteria cannot be refunded:
- The item must be in it's ORIGINAL, SALE CONDITION and have all the original tags and packaging.
- The item must be clean and contain NO pet hair (none, nada, zip, zero... PLEASE!).
- Returns that don't meet this criteria will be returned to you at your expense.
We do not accept returns on food, treats, nutritional supplements or chewed toys. Refunds apply to retail items only. FREE + Shipping items cannot be refunded as the only thing you are paying for is shipping.
Send it back to us:
- Package the items securely
- Include your packing slip or order number, along with your reason for returning the item
- Obtain and record the shipment tracking number from your carrier
- Ship package to the following address:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be given a store credit.
Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and to ensure items are in stock, SnappyPooch does not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back according to the above instructions, and then place a brand new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement, or wait for your store credit before doing so. We'll get your new order out right away.
