GENERAL QUESTIONS:

1. What are your payment methods?

Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can also be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

  1. After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
  2. You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
  3. You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.

Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

2. What is your return policy?

3. Can I make changes or additions to my order?

If you want to request a change or addition to an order, please contact us ASAP. Orders are processed continuously throughout the day, and once an item has been processed, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.

5. Do you have a physical retail storefront?

We are an Internet Retail Store, with offices based in the United States of America. At this time, we do not operate a brick and mortar storefront.

**IMPORTANT NOTE** Customs has been checking individual packages that are passing through their office, not just our shipments. If your shipment's tracking hasn't changed dates in a while, this is the reason. We apologize for this, it is out of our control. Thank you for your patience, we know you are excited to get your order!

1. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. You can use your tracking number on our site to see where your item is on it's journey to you. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days from when you placed your order, please contact us.

2. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it can take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

3. Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item in your order is on back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to get things to you as fast as possible!

4. How much will shipping cost on a Free + Shiiping order?

The shipping cost on your first Free + Shipping item will be $9.95. You can order more than one, but you will be limited to a maximum of five. The per item cost goes down based on the number you order up to the maximum.

5. When will I receive my order?

Due to the high volume that we receive on our deals, please allow us 4-5 days for processing AFTER you place your order. Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as possible! On average it will take from 3 - 4 weeks to receive your order. Please note, this is only an estimate.

6. What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive to your country.
