Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. We will be expanding as the demand grows. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our overseas warehouses will be shipped by ePacket (our preferred service due to their reliability and on-time delivery) or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, ePacket will deliver your item(s) in 3 - 4 weeks from when you place your order. We have provided an estimated arrival time for you under the "Add to Cart" button above.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. You can track your shipment along it's journey by CLICKING HERE.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
Sometimes it can take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is bacuse they are being shipped from different warehouses.
What about customs fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in the United States. For more information, please see our FAQ page.
